Refunds and Returns

Overview

Items sold on Wooncar.com can be returned within 30 days after purchasing. We hope you can find what you need on our site quickly and simply. However, if you want to return your purchase within 30 days, the return process is also quick and simple.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Items Eligible for Return

If your items are in the following conditions, it’s eligible for return within 30 days after purchasing:

â–ºPart received was incorrect

â–ºPart received was damaged

â–ºPart received was unfit for your car caused of the wrong item description

â–ºPart failed during intended use

â–ºPart you no longer needed

â–ºPart you purchased by mistake

  • We will be responsible for the return shipping costs under all conditions above, please make sure the parts shipped back are unused and in their original condition, with all items and components in the original package.

Return Process

You can make returns on Wooncar simply, just do the following three steps and your return requests are done.

  1. Submit a form (on the Site)

â–ºFill in your information: order number, and items to be returned.

â–ºLeave comments with reasons for the return(optional).

â–ºUpload photos or videos of received parts(optional).

â–ºClick Submit.

  1. Return a product

â–ºPrint and stick your return label attached to the Email for passed return requests.

â–ºPackage items and drop them off at your local UPS for return.

  1. Receive a replacement or a refund

Once the product is received on our end and meets return requirements, the replacement is ready to be shipped or the money will be refunded to the original payment method. As for the day you receive the replacement or money, it depends on the carrier or the payment platform.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 2-5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@wooncar.com

Canceling An Order

For cancellation, the order can be canceled only before the item is shipped, and a full refund will be issued in such cases. Please send your request through phone or email (hello@hello_wooncar).

We are not liable for any return shipping costs if the request for cancellation has been received after the order has been shipped out.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@wooncar.com

We require all of our customers to do a proper troubleshooting test and to document the whole process through video. If proper troubleshooting steps are not followed, a replacement will not be issued. Once the troubleshooting steps are completed and documented, a replacement piece will be shipped out immediately (if in stock) to the customer.


Note 1: Before shipping back the product, please confirm that your return requests are passed (see Return Details in your Return Order) and you received the Email with a return label. Please drop the item off according to the logistics and address on the return label.

Note 2: For the replacement, if there is a difference between the original order and the replacement, we will negotiate with you before shipping the replacement. For the refund, it is the actual price of the order, not including other costs, such as the installation fee.

Note 3: If the customer returns an order containing add-on items, both the original items and their add-ons must be returned. The add-on items may only be kept if the customer pays the original full price listed on our website instead of the discounted add-on price.

Note 4: When the products are out of stock in US local warehouse, we can ship them from foreign warehouse if you agree. But if customs clearance is unsuccessful due to the customer’s reasons, which leads to the products being returned or destroyed, the money cannot be refunded.
